My name is January- I am a 35 year old mother, wife, weightlifting, kettlebell swinging, obstacle course racing, girlfriend and beast friend.
The primary mission of this blog is to help dispel myths and straight up lies that we women are constantly told about fitness and nutrition. Secondarily, I will be journaling my daily work outs here so that my friends can link up here and get ideas for their own work outs.
